M.K.R. Lambert

A strange and complicated individual, Lambert can usually be found on a Wednesday outside the council’s main office for traffic management, shouting at passing strangers about unpaid parking fines, potholes, orange cones, and wasps. During the summer, he enjoys hanging upside down, pretending he is in Australia. Lambert was once caught agitating a ferret with an empty toilet roll; the charges were eventually dropped after pleading he lost all grip on reality after listening to a Nigel Farage podcast.
